refund policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then. An annual subscription is paid upfront for a 12-month commitment; cancelling renewal does not itself create a prorated refund. Any applicable refund rights or existing signed guarantees remain unaffected.

refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer a refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • You cancel within 14 days of your first subscription payment and have not materially used the Service
  • A significant service outage materially prevented you from using the platform
  • You were charged in error

existing 60-day work-value guarantee

The existing work-value guarantee is separate from the discretionary refunds above. In the first 60 days of a paid subscription, if the completed-work ledger value at sourced default rates is below the subscription fees paid, those fees are refunded in full on request. Eligibility depends on the ledger and its supporting rate evidence. This is not an unconditional 60-day money-back offer. Existing agreements and non-excludable rights remain unaffected.

one-time services

One-time service fees (e.g. concierge setup) are non-refundable once the service has commenced. If the service has not yet commenced, you may request a full refund.
