how the trial and billing work
What is a brief?
One accepted request for work. Internal collaboration and in-scope revisions are included. A new request or changed scope may be a new brief. Platform failure without usable output restores the allowance.
How does the trial work?
14 days with 30 briefs total, starting when your organisation is created. No card is required and there is no automatic conversion. When time or capacity runs out, new work pauses. You choose whether to subscribe.
Does annual billing change my brief allowance?
No. Brief allowances renew monthly, including on an annual subscription. Annual prices are paid upfront for a 12-month commitment.
What happens at the brief limit?
New work pauses at the allowance. There are no automatic overage charges, top-ups or unlimited-work promises. Your team can review the existing work and consider the appropriate plan.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
You can cancel renewal from your account. Access continues to the end of the paid period; cancelling an annual renewal does not end the annual commitment early. Applicable refund rights and any existing guarantees remain as set out in your agreement and the refund policy.
